中文摘要:以废弃贝壳为原料,制备二氧化钛改性贝壳粉,使其具有良好的太阳反射、保温和防水等功能。在涂料制作中,加入二氧化硅气凝胶、海泡石、空心玻璃微珠等结构疏松、热导率低的材料进行复配,以提高涂料的耐热性能、降低热导率,使隔热效果优化。性能测试实验表明,该涂料具有高附着力、隔热保温、节约能耗、耐老化、性质稳定等优点,是绿色环保健康型水性涂料。
外文摘要:Titanium dioxide modified shell powder was prepared from waste shell to make it have good solar reflection,heat preservation and waterproof functions.In order to improve the heat resistance of coating,reduce the thermal conductivity,silica aerogel,sepiolite,hollow glass beads are added in the process of coating production,these materials have the characteristics of loose structure,low thermal conductivity.Performance test experiments show that the coating has the advantages of high adhesion,heat insulation,energy saving,aging resistance,stability and so on.It is a green and healthy waterborne coating.
