中文摘要：为了考察天然海水珍珠染成黑色后的使用安全性,用染成黑色的珍珠进行了动物急性毒性、原发性皮肤刺激和创伤皮肤修复实验。结果表明黑色珍珠对小鼠经口灌喂10.0 g/kgBw时,小鼠安全,没有动物急性毒性;黑色珍珠不对皮肤产生原发性刺激;还可以治愈皮肤伤口。因此,染色过程并没有改变天然海水珍珠原有的性能,染成黑色后的珍珠可以安全使用。

外文摘要：In order to study the safety of the black pearl dyed from the natural seawater pearl, animal acute toxicity, primary skin irritation and traumatic skin healing were tested, the results showed that the black pearl has no animal acute toxicity by means of mice maximal tolerant dosage （10.0 g/kgBw） method; there is no primary skin irritation; it could heal skin wounds, so, the dyeing process didn＇t change the original properties of the natural seawater pearl, the black pearl dyed from the natural seawater pearl is safe in use.
