中文摘要:从4种红树植物的根、茎、叶中共分离出103株内生真菌,从中筛选出1株抗菌活性较强、且具有广谱抗菌的菌株B3.8,经鉴定B3.8是丛梗孢目Moniliaceae、暗梗孢科Dematiaceae、拟黑根霉属ThielaviopsisWent中的一种。其抗菌谱表明,它对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌及部分真菌具较强抗性。
外文摘要:One hundred and three endophytic fungi were isolated from the root, stem and leaf of 4 mangrove species, among them the strain B3.s had stronger antibacterial activity and wider antimicrobial spectrum. The classification results showed that B3.s belonged to Thielaviopsis, Dematiaceae, Moniliaceae. It had strong resistance to G- bacteria, G + bacteria and partial epiphytes.
