中文摘要：大学生的思想政治教育是系统工程,需要高校全体教师的积极参与。当前高校专业课教师普遍缺位大学生思想政治教育工作。文章认为,高校专业课教师缺位大学生思想政治教育工作的原因在于思政教育地位被严重削弱、专业课教师育人责任意识淡漠、政治理论素养偏低、缺乏有效的德育手段及育人优势未受重视。如何改变这一现象并提高大学生思想政治教育实效,文章提出一些看法和观点。

外文摘要：Ideological and political education for college students is a system engineering,which calls for the participation of all teachers.But many specialized course teachers are not engaged in this regard because status of this education has been severely weakened.Those teachers are not aware of their duty in this education;they are not well-equipped with political education theories;they lack moral education means,or some teachers＇ advantages in this education are not attached importance to.Some countermeasures are suggested to change this situation and enhance the effect of this education.
