中文摘要:比较了不同材料模核、模核规格和植核季节对三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌育珠效果的影响。结果表明:贝壳、金属铝、硬塑料和软硅胶模核对三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌的成活率和优质珠率存在显著性影响(P<0.05),硬塑料模核的优质珠率最高;不同规格模核对三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌的成活率和优质珠率均存在显著性影响(P<0.05),利用复合模核的育珠效果较好,育珠蚌成活率最高可达88%以上,优质珠率最高可达33%;不同季节插核对三角帆蚌和褶纹冠蚌的成活率和优质珠率均存在显著性影响(P<0.05),在春季或秋季进行手术植核,取得的育珠效果较好。

外文摘要:In order to obtain the optimum factors of modeling technique of blister pearl production,three experiments based on different options of nucleus material,nucleus size and operation season were carried out from March 2000 to December 2007.Three experiments are as follows:1:comparing the impacts of four modeling nucleus made from Aluminum,shell,hard plastic and soft silicone respectively.2:comparing the impacts of nucleus of hard plastic,soft silicone and complex nucleus in size of 20-25 mm,25-50 mm and 50-60 mm respectively.3:comparing the impacts of different season in spring,summer,autumn and winter respectively.The result showed that differences of nucleus material,nucleus size and operation season all had significant impacts on the survival rate and high-quality pearl production of surgical pearl oyster of Hyriopsis cumingii Lea and Cristaria plicata Leach(P﹤0.05).The group implanted complex nucleus had the optimum pearl yield with the highest survival rate of 88.0% and the high-quality pearl percentage up to 33.0%.The suitable operation season of oyster was in spring and autumn.
