中文摘要：新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展是社会主义现代化建设的必经之路。目前,广东省新型城镇化与农业现代化发展取得了一定成就,但仍存在区域人口城镇化发展严重失衡、人口城镇化滞后于土地城镇化等系列问题。通过理论研究、实地调研和实证分析,概述了广东新型城镇化、农业现代化以及两者之间协调发展现状,运用统计数据对1996—2020年广东新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展演变过程进行测度与分析,总结了广东新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展存在的问题,并提出了促进广东新型城镇化与农业现代化高质量协调发展的对策建议。

外文摘要：The coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization is the only way for socialist modernization.At present,Guangdong Province has made some achievements in the development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization,but there are still a series of problems,such as the serious imbalance of regional population urbanization development,population urbanization lagging behind land urbanization.Through theoretical research,field investigation and empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the new urbanization,agricultural modernization and the coordinated development between them in Guangdong;Using statistical data,this paper measures and analyzes the evolution process of the coordinated development of Guangdong’s new urbanization and agricultural modernization from 1996 to 2020,summarizes the problems existing in the coordinated development of Guangdong’s new urbanization and agricultural modernization,and puts forward a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality coordinated development of Guangdong’s new urbanization and agricultural modernization.
