中文摘要：为了考察天然海水珍珠染成孔雀绿后在使用上的安全可靠性,做了以下生物活性研究:1孔雀绿海水珍珠的小鼠急性毒性;2孔雀绿海水珍珠对新西兰大白兔原发性皮肤刺激试验,以及治愈伤口皮肤的实验;3治愈小白兔眼角膜烫伤实验。结果显示:孔雀绿珍珠没有小鼠急性毒性,对新西兰大白兔皮肤不产生原发性皮肤刺激作用,可以治愈皮肤伤口,和烫伤的兔眼角膜。因此,天然海水珍珠染色后没有破坏珍珠原有的性能,孔雀绿海水珍珠安全可靠。

外文摘要：In order to testify the applied safety of the malachite-green seawater pearl （ MGSP） , some experiments were executed, including the mouse acute toxicity of MGSP, and the influence of MGSP on the primary skin irritation, the skin wounding and the cornea scald treatment in New Zealand rabbit. Results showed that MGSP didn＇t have mouse acute toxicity and the primary skin irritation on New Zealand rabbit. MGSP were good for improving wound healing and relieving cornea scar formation of New Zealand rabbit. So, MGSP was safe.
