中文摘要:电子鼻系统是近年来新兴的快速无损检测系统,文章阐述了电子鼻系统在农产品品质等级评判、农产品加工过程质量控制、环境监测、电子鼻数据网络化等方面的最新研究进展,并提出将电子鼻系统应用于农产品物流过程,并对其开发潜力和应用价值以及可能存在的问题进行分析,旨在探讨电子鼻系统在农产品物流过程的质量控制提供一种方法。
外文摘要:The electronic nose was newly developed as a rapid non-destructive detection system in recent years. In this paper, it was introduced the application of electronic nose in the fields of agricultural products quality determination and quality control in the process, environmental monitoring, networking in electronic nose data, and its potential application in the logistics process and relative problems, in order to provide an alternative method for food quality control in the logistics process.
