中文摘要:传统的课堂教学方式“教”与“学”失衡,无法体现“以学生为中心”的教学理念。本文对翻转课堂的教学理念进行了系统的分析,结合《理论力学》课堂教学中的“痛点”问题,建立了《理论力学》深度翻转课堂教学模式。课前的教学设计突出趣味性,强调知识性,激发学习兴趣;课中教学设计,确定知识性和趣味性兼顾的问题,组织学生开展有效探讨,完成知识内化,提升所学知识的留存率;课后巩固拓展阶段,布置开放性练习,实现所学知识的迁移和应用。最后,针对《理论力学》翻转课堂构建多元化的课程评价体系,有效推动课堂教学的深度翻转。

外文摘要:The traditional classroom teaching method is out of balance between teaching and learning,which cannot reflect the student-centered teaching philosophy.A systematic analysis of the teaching concept of the flipped classroom combines the pain points in the classroom teaching of Theoretical Mechanics to establish a deep flipped classroom teaching mode.The pre-class teaching design highlights the interest,emphasizes knowledge,and stimulates learning interest.In class teaching design,the teacher determines knowledge-typed,interesting problems to organize students to carry out effective discussion to complete knowledge internalization,and to improve the retention rate of learned knowledge.In the stage after class,the teacher arranges open exercises to realize the transfer and application of learned knowledge.Finally,a diversified curriculum evaluation system should be built for the flipped classroom,and effectively promote the deep flipping of classroom teaching.
