外文摘要:Bile acids participate in the absorption and emulsification of lipids during lipid metabolism, liver serving as the primary site for their regulatory functions. Crustaceans lack the capacity for de novo synthesis of bile acids and potentially exhibit significant differences in bile acid metabolic utilization mechanisms compared to vertebrates. This study employed Litopenaeus vannamei as a model organism to investigate the role of bile acids in crustaceans' lipid metabolism by establishing high- and low-fishmeal control groups and a bile acid supplementation group (400 mg/kg). Hepatopancreatic histomorphological and biochemical analyses revealed that bile acid supplementation significantly ameliorated inflammatory responses and fibrosis in the hepatopancreas (P ? 2025, The Authors.
