中文摘要：师德建设是高校教职工队伍建设的重要环节,改革开放以来,一些高校对师德建设重视不够,师德建设跟不上形势发展的需要,一些教师敬业精神欠缺,功利思想严重,育人意识淡化,导致高校教师师德失范现象比较严重。这些问题的出现,不能仅仅归因为某个单一的因素,而是要厘清高校师德建设的系统要素和内容结构,从建立高校职工全员师德管理制度和完善师德考核机制两个关键环节出发,系统推进高校师德建设。

外文摘要：Quality of the faculty of universities is subject to the construction of teachers＇ professional ethics.However,the construction in some universities in China has failed to keep pace with the new situations since the Reforms and Opening up.When teachers lack professional dedication,are fascinated by utilitarian ideas and simplify the ideology of education,their professional ethics will loose standard.It is necessary to differentiate the systematic factors,contents and structure of the construction,to establish suitable management system and to perfect evaluation mechanisms so that the ethics construction in universities could be forwarded systematically.
