中文摘要：培育践行社会主义核心价值观与建设服务型党组织具有指导思想的统一性、价值目标的一致性、动力源泉的同一性和价值规范的契合性,二者分别回答社会主义的价值本质和价值实现问题。把培育实践社会主义核心价值观融入图书馆服务型党组织建设是党建工作科学化的需要,图书馆事业科学发展的需要,图书馆价值实现的需要。因此,要树立服务理念、抓好文化建设,丰富价值属性、抓好队伍建设,促进价值实现、抓好载体建设,确立价值标准、抓好制度建设。

外文摘要：Cultivating and practicing socialism core values and establishing service-oriented party organizations are uniform with the guiding principles, value targets, dynamical sources and value norms, which respectively answer the questions about the nature and realization of socialism values. It is necessary to make party constructions, library course and value realization scientific to integrate cultivating and practicing socialism core values into establishing library service-oriented party organizations. Thus, it is necessary to build up service concepts, focus on cultural development, enrich value attributes, emphasize on team construction, promote value realization, focus on carriers of value concept, form value standards and concentrate on system building.
