外文摘要：Stability is the prerequisite of social development and also the objective of social development.At present the factors influencing the social stability of China include：unfairness of social distribution,disorder of system of beliefs and penetration of alien forces,etc.In order to achieve social stability,on one hand,the Party＇s style of leadership and governance shall be reformed;on the other hand,our party and government shall do things according to laws.
