中文摘要："人肉搜索"是指更多地利用人工参与来提纯搜索引擎提供信息的一种机制,它具有最大化发挥群体力量的优势。将这种搜索原理用于信息资源开发与共享活动中,可以克服用户在检索过程中遇到的专业知识限制、检索技术限制、可获得资源限制等问题。但由于"人肉搜索"过度开放,因此,需要建立专门的信息资源共享平台和有效的激励机制,才能更好地发挥"人肉搜索"在信息开发及资源共享中的积极作用。

外文摘要：＂Human flesh search＂ is a mechanism utilizing the human beings in information retrieval and purification,which shows the collective advantages of personalities.Using this principle,it is easy to overcome the obstacles of professional knowledge,retrieving skill,and resource quantity in the information exploration and sharing processes.On the other hand,due to the opening characteristics of the ＂human flesh search＂,the foundation of information sharing platforms and encouragements is in great demand,for promoting the ＂human flesh search＂ in information exploration and resource sharing.
