中文摘要:采用单因素和正交实验对石莼粗多糖提取过程中影响因素进行优化,以石莼总糖含量和粗多糖溶出率为衡量指标,并对多糖样品的成分进行了分析。结果表明,在70℃条件下,用30倍pH7的水,提取3.5h这一最优工艺下所得的提取液总糖含量和多糖溶出率最高,总糖含量为66.43%,蛋白含量为1.91%,硫酸根含量为15.55%,多糖溶出率为24.37%。
外文摘要:On basis of single factor and orthogonal experiments, the effects factors on the total carbohydrate con- tents of alga and the yield of polysaccharides extraction of ulva lactuca polysaccharides was investigated. Con- tents of the polysaccharides were analyzed.The result was that dry powder of ulva lactuca was added 30 times water of pH7 in the extraction condition of 70 ℃ and extracted for 3.5 h, both of the total carbohydrate contents of alga and the yield of polysaccharides were the highest one. The total sugar was 66.43 %, protein content was 1.91% and sulfate content was 15.55 %, the polysaccharides extraction was 24.37 %.
