中文摘要：中国是全球蓝碳资源大国,大力发展蓝碳市场交易是壮大蓝色经济、应对气候变化的重要举措,而红树林作为重要的蓝碳生态系统,在实现“双碳”目标中具有不可替代的作用。本研究以湛江红树林为例,聚焦于红树林碳汇交易市场机制的建构和发展,基于实证数据及资料系统分析了湛江市红树林碳汇交易市场机制构建现状及存在的问题,提出打造强有力的动力系统机制、健全全过程的市场运行机制和构建全方位的支撑保障机制,以期为推进红树林碳汇交易市场建设、健全蓝碳经济发展体系提供有益借鉴。

外文摘要：China is a global blue carbon resource country.Vigourously developing blue carbon market trading is an important measure to strengthen the blue economy and cope with climate change.As an important blue carbon ecosystem,mangroves play an irreplaceable role in realising the“dual carbon”goal.Taking Zhanjiang Mangroves as an example,this study focusses on the construction and development of the mangrove carbon sink trading market mechanism.Based on empirical data and information systems,it analyses the construction status and problems of the mangrove carbon sink trading market mechanism in Zhanjiang City,and proposes to build a strong power system mechanism and improve the market operation mechanism and structure of the whole process.Build a comprehensive support and guarantee mechanism in order to provide useful references for promoting the construction of the mangrove carbon sink trading market and improving the blue carbon economic development system.
