中文摘要:通过对粉煤低尘燃烧器两种冷却方式炉壁的传热特性分析,得到了燃烧器炉壁如采用水冷式,则对炉壁材料要求相对不高,在稳定燃烧工况下其炉壁覆有熔渣固定层,通过炉衬散热量较大且相对恒定;如采用空冷式,需采用耐高温炉衬材料,并有望通过增加炉衬热阻减少炉衬散热量,提高燃烧器有效温度。

外文摘要:Heat transfer characteristics of the pulverized coal low dust combustor wall, which can be cooled by two methods are analyzed. In water cooling situation, the combustor wall covered by slag film doesn' t demand very high quality of materials, and heat dissipating capacity through the wall is large and constant. In an air cooling way, it is required that the wall should be made of a heat-resistant material. By this method, heat loss can be reduced and the temperature of gas can be raised.
