中文摘要：随着人口老龄化的不断加深和终身教育观念的不断普及,我国老年大学自20世纪80年代以来,似雨后春笋般涌现。而与部分较早进入老龄化社会的发达国家相比,我国老年大学的建设发展仍有不少问题。本文将先简单介绍我国老年大学的现状,再从美日英三国的老年大学发展模式进行经验借鉴,接着细看湛江市老干部大学的发展概况,指出其在建设发展中存在的问题并提出解决的对策,为湛江市老干部大学的未来发展建言献策。

外文摘要：With the deepening of the aging population and the popularization of the concept of lifelong education,the universities for the elderly in China have sprung up like bamboo shoots since the 1980 s.Compared with some developed countries that entered the aging society earlier,there are still many problems in the construction and development of the university for the aged in China.This paper will first learn lessons from the experience of the development model of senior universities in the united states,japan and britain,and then improve the development of senior universities in Zhanjiang city.
