外文摘要：This paper summarizes the ISO9000 ： 2000 Quality Management System Standards for the content of study in university libraries complete implementation of the Quality Management System plan, the final connection with the Quality Management System Certification museum practice through quality management, we must respect the principles of the three broad areas, the quality management activities for the library should make recommendations for improvement.
