中文摘要：基于建设全国统一大市场的背景,将市场分割引入出口决策模型,从理论上探析建立国内统一大市场进程中出现的市场分割扭曲现象与微观企业出口产品质量的关系,并实证检验了市场分割对企业出口产品质量的影响及作用机制。研究表明,市场分割与企业出口产品质量呈倒“U”型的非线性关系;且市场分割对企业出口产品质量的影响在不同所有制企业、不同贸易方式以及不同地区间存在显著的异质性;影响机制检验显示,创新动力、企业成本以及生产率在其中发挥了中介效应。因此,市场分割在短期内看似是一个占优策略,可以帮助本地企业迅速获得发展;但长期来看,“援助之手”将变成“攫取之手”。

外文摘要：Based on the background of building a unified national market,market segmentation is introduced into the export decision-making model to theoretically analyze the relationship between the market segmentation distortion phenomenon that occurs in the process of establishing a unified domestic market and the quality of micro-enterprise export products and empirically test the mechanism of the impact of market segmentation on the quality of enterprise export products.The study shows that market segmentation and enterprise export product quality have an inverted"U"-shaped non-linear relationship.And the impact of market segmentation on enterprise export product quality has significant heterogeneity among enterprises of different ownership systems,different trade modes,and different regions.The test of the impact mechanism reveals that innovation incentives,enterprise costs,and productivity play an intermediary role in it.Therefore,market segmentation seems to be an advantageous strategy in the short term,which can help local enterprises develop rapidly;However,in the long term,the"helping hand"will turn into a"grabbing hand".
