中文摘要:为筛选对植物病害有较好抑制作用的拮抗菌,采用菌落生长法、孢子萌发抑制法和纸碟法测定了从东海岛沿岸海水中分离筛选到的4株海洋真菌的发酵液以及抗菌活性物质粗提物对7种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果显示,4株海洋真菌发酵液对7种植物病原真菌的生长有抑制作用,其中菌株179的抑菌效果最好,平均抑菌率达到70.6%;4株海洋真菌的发酵液对兰花炭疽菌2-2和弯孢菌的分生孢子萌发抑菌率均超过96%,特别是菌株152对盘多毛孢菌分生孢子萌发抑菌率达到100.0%;菌株132和152的抗菌活性物质粗提物对镰刀菌,以及菌株179和182对兰花炭疽菌2-2的抑菌效果较好,抑菌带宽分别为15.8、23.3、15.8和16.7mm。试验结果表明,这4株海洋真菌对7种病原真菌具有较好的拮抗作用,有开发利用价值。
外文摘要:In order to screen the germs that have good antifungal activity on plant pathogens, the pathogen disc growth, spore germination control and paper disc methods were used in the experiment to determine the inhibition effects of the extracts from four isolates of marine-derived fungi from sea area of Donghai Island, Guangdong Province on seven plant pathogens. The results showed that the crude extract liquids of four isolates of marine-derived fungi had significant inhibition effects on the growth of the seven tested plant pathogens, the inhibition effect of the marine-derived fungi 179 was the best, and the average inhibition rate was 70.6%. The extract liquid of four marine isolates significantly inhibited the conidial germination of seven tested pathogens. The inhibition rates of the four marine-derived fungi on the conidial germination of Colletorichum gloeosprioides (Penz.) Sac. 2-2 and Curvularia spp were over 96%, especially the isolate 152, which inhibition effect on Pestalotia spp could reach 100.0%. The inhibitory strip in breadth of the isolates 132 and 152 against Fusarium spp, and the isolates 179 and 182 against Colletotrichum gloeosprioides (Penz.) Sac 2-2 were 15.8 mm, 23.3 ram, 15.8 mm and 16.7 ram, respectively.
