外文摘要：Guangdong ocean economy with superior location advantage and resource advantage has been developing rapidly, but in the face of increasingly exhausted marine resources and serious pollution of the marine environment, Guangdong marine economy to keep sustainable, harmonious, healthy development. Must use science and technology, policy, market and other means, to lead the new marine economy industry development, change the traditional way of thinking and the development of philosophy, to establish ＂green＂ values, in Guangdong arisen with developing ocean as a symbol of the ＂ green revolution＂ , the construction of ecological civilization in Guangdong ocean.
