中文摘要:以凡纳滨对虾为研究对象,采用肌肉蛋白质分离法提取蓄积染毒的染毒组和对照组中对虾肌肉的各类蛋白质成分。以考马斯亮蓝法测定其含量,应用SDS-PAGE电泳分析各类蛋白的组成。结果表明:T-2毒素对肌肉蛋白质组成成分影响显著(P<0.05);对于总蛋白,20 d蓄积染毒组和生物半衰期剂量组的对虾总蛋白中20.1ku条带的颜色变化随T-2毒素浓度的增加逐渐加深,且20 d蓄积染毒的高剂量组在29 ku处出现新增条带;对于水溶性蛋白,20 d蓄积染毒组的42 ku条带的颜色随T-2毒素浓度的增加逐渐加深,而生物半衰期剂量组的对虾则没有明显表现;对于肌原纤维蛋白,20 d蓄积染毒组的42 ku出现新增的条带,而生物半衰期剂量组未发现新增条带;对于碱溶性蛋白,两种染毒组均未发现明显变化。
外文摘要:Through the muscle protein separation method to extract some kinds of muscle protein, at infected group and control group, this experiment take L. vannamei as the object of study, use Coomassie brilliant blue to determinate the content, and analysis changes in the composition of muscle protein by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. The results showed that T-2 toxin have significant effects(P0.05) on the composition of muscle protein. To total protein, with T-2 toxin concentration, the color of 20.1 ku bar is increased gradually in the accumulation of 20 days infected group and biological half-life dose group, and appeared new bands at 29 ku place in the high dose group of the accumulation of 20 days infected group. To water-soluble protein, with T-2 toxin concentration increasing,its color of the 42 ku band is increased gradually in the accumulation of 20 days infected group, but is not evident in biological half-life dose group. To myofibril protein, it appeared new bands at 42 ku place in the accumulation of 20 days infected group, but is not evident in biological half-life dose group. To alkali-soluble protein, it has no obvious change in two group.
