中文摘要:速度耐力是径赛项目中跑取得优异成绩的素质基础。传统的速度耐力训练方法较多地运用平跑间歇训练法,实践证明这样的训练方法对提高速度耐力极其有限。实践研究发现,增加速度力量的上跑斜坡间歇训练更有利于速度耐力的提高。
外文摘要:Speed and stamina are the basic requirement for gxxxl performances in track events. Interval running on level ground is a preferred method in traditional training for speed and stamina. But the facts proved that such kind of trainning has a very limited effect on the increase of speed and stamina. The research indicates that interval up -running on slopes can being more favourable to the improvement of speed and stamina.
