外文摘要：Under the influence of many factors, such as the transition of the formation of residents of Leizhou peninsula, the long history and quality of pertinacity of folk-songs and so on. The folk-song of the south of Fujian province of China got the chance of landing on the Leizhou peninsula and localized with the appearing and expanding of Lei dialect, and then transformed into Leizhou folk-songs with local characteristics, which has been accepted by the residents eventually.
