中文摘要:为了对火龙果的科学合理采收提供理论依据,以白玉龙火龙果为试材,探讨了不同采收期果实在常温下贮藏的生理和品质的变化。结果表明:不同采收期的火龙果果实在贮藏过程中呼吸强度逐渐下降,呈现非跃变型果实的特征,早采收的果实呼吸强度大;随着采收期的延迟,总糖和可溶性固形物增加,而叶绿素含量、VC含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和可滴定酸含量下降,外观艳丽,风味变好。在贮藏过程中,果实VC含量、可滴定酸含量和叶绿素含量逐渐下降,可溶性蛋白质含量和失重率逐渐上升,总糖和可溶性固形物含量表现出先升高后下降的趋势。花后25 d采收的果实在常温贮藏期间呼吸强度较低,能保持相对较高的总糖含量、VC含量和可溶性固形物含量,失重率低,贮藏效果好,为最适宜的采收期。

外文摘要:The changes of physiological property and quality of dragon fruit variety "Baiyulong" in room temperature were studied to provide theoretical basis for rational harvesting of dragon fruit.The results showed that it had the characteristics as a non-climacteric fruit,respiratory intensity of which declined gradually during the storage period in different harvest time,fruits harvested earlier had higher respiratory intensity.Total sugar and total soluble solid(TSS) increased,while content of chlorophyll,VC,soluble protein and titratable acid decreased along with the harvesting delayed,fruits with gorgeous appearance and better flavor.Content of VC,titratable acid,and chlorophyll decreased gradually,while content of soluble protein and weight loss rate increased,content of total sugar and soluble solid increased first and decreased afterwards during the storage period.After 20 days of flowering was optimal harvest time with better storage effect,respiratory intensity of fruits declined,the content of total sugar,VC,and soluble solid could be maintained,and with low weight loss rate in room temperature.
