中文摘要:以壳寡糖、透明质酸为原料包载鲎血蛋白,考察包载不同分子量鲎血蛋白的微球对α-葡萄糖苷酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶的相关活性。结果表明鲎血蛋白壳寡糖-透明质酸微球表面较为规整,平均粒径为(3.11±0.42)μm,包封率为(60.57±0.52)%,载药量为(63.02±2.13)%,pH6.8磷酸盐缓冲液中12h的累积释放率为46.23%。三种载药微球对乙酰胆碱酯酶都具有良好的抑制活性。
外文摘要:COS-HA microspheres with blood protein were prepared from COS and HA.The related activities of the microspheres containing different molecular weight blood protein on α-glucosidase and acetylcholin esterase were investigated.Result has shown that the microspheres of COS-HA microspheres with blood protein were with a relatively regular surface.The average particle size was(3.11±0.42)μm,encapsulation rate of(60.57±0.52)%,drug loading of(63.02±2.13)%and cumulative release rate of pH6.8 phosphate buffer was 46.23%after 12 h.The three drug-loaded microspheres all had good inhibitory activities on acetylcholin esterase.
