中文摘要:设备成撬的概念在大型动力设备行业中应用已相当广泛。探讨了大型成撬动力设备振动原因,基于状态空间理论建立了描述两点激励的撬块振动矩阵方程,并在MATLAB软件中计算分析了激励与响应之间的规律关系。推导出了阻尼装置上阻尼控制力与控制参数之间的函数关系,采用减缩尺寸的振动控制实验平台对计算结果和推导函数进行验证,实现了对大型成撬动力设备振动问题的有效控制,为多振点联动工况的振动控制提供理论参考。
外文摘要:The concept of power equipments in large packaged industry has been applied widely. This paper discussed and analyzed the vibration source for large packaged power equipments firstly. The sate space matrix equations of a vibration block with two vibration excitation points were deduced based on the state space theory. The relationship between vibration excitation and response could thus be simulated and analyzed in MATLAB software. Finally, the function between damping control force and the control parameters of damping device was calculated and then the simulation results and derivation function were verified by a scale-reduced experimental platform. This work achieves effective control for vibration problems of large packaged power equipments, and provides a theoretical reference for multi-point linkage vibration conditions.
