中文摘要:本文在中国鲎中分离出一株长枝葡孢霉,并研究它的脂肪酸类次级代谢产物。这是国内外首次从海洋分离出长枝葡孢霉菌,也是首次从活体上分离出长枝葡孢霉菌,填补了长枝葡孢霉生境和来源的空白。此菌代谢出的脂肪酸类主要是饱和脂肪酸,占总脂肪酸的95%,这些饱和脂肪酸都是表面活性剂,有助于中国鲎抵御外界伤害,适应环境。
外文摘要:This paper separates a B.Ioneihrachiatum in Chinese horseshoe crab, and Study on it fatty acid secondary metabolism. It is first time that B.longibrachiatum was isolated from ocean living organism,which fill the gap about its habitat and source. The fatty acid secondary metabolites of B.Iongihrachiatum was mainly the saturated fatty acids, accounting for 95 %. Those saturated fatty acids belong to surfactant helpful for Chinese horseshoe crabs to defend the external damage and adapt to the environment.
