中文摘要:本试验旨在研究饲粮钙水平对5~8周龄怀乡鸡生长性能、骨骼特性及钙磷代谢的影响,以探讨5~8周龄怀乡鸡饲粮适宜钙水平。采用完全随机试验设计,将240只28日龄体重[(381.66±5.68) g]均一的怀乡鸡公鸡随机分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡),分别饲喂钙水平为0.75%(基础饲粮,非植酸磷水平为0.40%)、0.85%、0.95%、1.05%和1.15%的试验饲粮,试验期4周。结果显示:饲粮钙水平对怀乡鸡5~8周龄阶段的平均日采食量、平均日增重及耗料增重比没有显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮钙水平显著影响怀乡鸡8周龄末的胫骨和趾骨灰分钙含量、血清钙含量、胫骨碱性磷酸酶mRNA相对表达量、粗灰分和钙表观代谢率(P<0.05),对其他骨骼及血清指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。趋势分析表明,胫骨灰分钙含量、血清钙含量、粗灰分和钙表观代谢率以及胫骨碱性磷酸酶mRNA相对表达量随饲粮钙水平的升高呈显著的二次曲线变化(P<0.05),趾骨灰分钙含量随饲粮钙水平的升高呈二次曲线变化趋势(P=0.079)。拟合分析得出其最佳拟合方程,胫骨和趾骨灰分钙含量、血清钙含量、粗灰分和钙表观代谢率均为二次曲线模型,而胫骨碱性磷酸酶mRNA相对表达量为线性折线模型,据此求得饲粮钙适宜水平分别为0.98%、0.84%、0.97%、0.98%、0.97%、0.90%。综上得出,胫骨和趾骨灰分钙含量、血清钙含量、胫骨碱性磷酸酶mRNA相对表达量、粗灰分和钙表观代谢率均可敏感反映怀乡鸡5~8周龄体内钙营养状况;当饲粮钙水平为0.98%时,5~8周龄怀乡鸡获得最佳的骨骼性能和钙磷代谢。
外文摘要:The influences of dietary calcium(Ca)level on growth performance,bone characteristics and the metabolism of Ca and phosphorous were investigated to determine Ca requirement of Huaixiang broilers aged from 5 to 8 weeks. Two hundred and forty 28-day-old male Huaixiang broilers with the body weight of(381.66±5.68)g were assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 8 birds each using a completely randomized design and were fed experimental diets containing 0.75%(basal diet with 0.40% non-phytate phosphorous),0.85%,0.95%,1.05% and 1.15% Ca for 4 weeks,respectively. The result showed as follows:dietary Ca level had no significant influences on the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed/gain of Huaixiang broilers aged from 5 to 8 weeks(P>0.05). Dietary Ca level significantly affected the Ca content in tibia ash,serum Ca content,tibia alkaline phosphatase mRNA relative level and the apparent metabolic rates of ash and Ca(P<0.05),but did not significantly affect the other measured indices both in serum and bone of Huaixiang broilers at the end of 8 weeks(P>0.05). Trend analysis showed that Ca content in tibia ash,serum Ca content,tibia alkaline phosphatase mRNA relative expression level and the apparent metabolic rates of ash and Ca showed a significant quadratic change with dietary Ca level increasing(P<0.05),and Ca content in toe ash showed a quadratic change tendency(P = 0.079). Regression analysis indicated that tibia and toe ash Ca contents,serum Ca content,and the apparent metabolic rates of ash and Ca fitted the quadratic model,while tibia alkaline phosphatase mRNA relative expression level fitted the broken line model with the dietary Ca level. Optimal dietary Ca levels estimated from above parameters were 0.98%,0.84%,0.97%,0.98%,0.97% and0.90%,respectively. In conclusion,tibia and toe ash Ca contents,serum Ca content,tibia alkaline phosphatase mRNA relative expression level and the apparent metabolic rates of ash and Ca are sensitive criteria that can be used to evaluate the dietary Ca nutritional status of Huaixiang broilers aged from 5 to 8 weeks. The dietary level of 0.98% Ca is recommended to obtain the optimum bone characteristics and the metabolism of Ca and phosphorous.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(1):240-249]
