中文摘要:基于TRIZ冲突解决理论提出一种抽油烟机新方案,解决了抽油烟机的清洗难题。分析了抽油烟机存在的问题及问题产生的原因,确立技术矛盾后运用TRIZ中的矛盾矩阵和发明原理提出解决问题的思路及设计方案,再通过试验验证设计方案的可行性,提出了侧置动力部件及优化压缩空腔结构设计的解决方案。

外文摘要:To solve the cleaning problems of range hood, an innovative design method of range hood was proposed based on the conflict solving theory of TRIZ. The problem and the cause of the problem were analyzed. The contradiction matrix and the inventive principles were used to solve the problem after the establishment of technical contradictions. The feasibility of the idea was verified through experiments. A solution scheme of side placing the power components in the side and optimizing the design of the compression cavity structure were presented.
