中文摘要:为了研究发酵处理对豆粕营养价值的影响和在断奶仔猪日粮中的应用,将(25±3)日龄,体质量相近,临床健康的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪108头,随机分为3个组,即对照组、试验1组和试验2组,分别饲喂普通豆粕、新鲜发酵豆粕和风干发酵豆粕,每组3个重复,每个重复12头猪,观察发酵豆粕对仔猪生长性能、健康状况、抗氧化性能及免疫功能的影响。结果表明:经过发酵处理后,豆粕中β-伴大豆球蛋白含量、脲酶活性显著降低,蛋白质水解度显著增加;试验前期,饲喂发酵豆粕的断奶仔猪日增质量显著高于对照组,料质量比则显著降低;仔猪血清SOD和GSH活性显著升高,饲喂发酵豆粕能显著提高血清IgG水平,显著降低仔猪腹泻率。总体来看,风干发酵豆粕在断奶仔猪的应用效果与新鲜发酵豆粕相当。

外文摘要:The present work was aimed to evaluate the effects of fermentation treatment on nutritive value of soybean meal, and its application in weaning piglet diets. 108 clinical healthy Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshire (25±3) day-old weanling piglets, with similar initial body mass, were randomly divided into three groups, each with three replications and 12 animals, and fed diets with common soybean, fresh and dry fermented soybean meal respectively. The growth performance, health status, serum antioxidant capacity and immune function of the animals were subsequently observed. The results showed that the -conglycinin content and urease activity of the fermented soybean were significantly decreased and the protein hydrolysis degree was increased. In prior phase, the piglets in group 1 and group 2 fed fermented soybean meal had significant higher average daily gain(ADG) and lower ratio of feed to gain(F/G) than that of control group. Both of the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH) of the piglets in group 1 and group 2 were significantly elevated. Moreover, the fermentation treatment also had beneficial effects on improving immune function of the piglets, whichshowed higher serum IgG level than that of the control group, and the diarrhea rate was also decreased significantly. Overall, the effects of dry fermented soybean and fresh fermented soybean meal were similar in the weaning piglets.
