中文摘要:稀土掺杂的橄榄石型磷酸盐LiMgPO_(4)被认为是一种具有优异性能的新型剂量学材料,适用于热释光(TL)测量。使用高温固相反应法合成一种新型的LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)磷光体。详细研究了β射线照射下样品的TL特性、荧光光谱(PL)和热释光三维光谱(TL3D)。结果表明,样品在120C和300℃有两个TL发射峰,高温峰的强度明显比低温峰高,这有利于样品TL信号的稳定性。该材料也表现出较强的光释光信号。同时,LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)磷光粉的TL信号具有良好的可重复性。由TL3D光谱可知,LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)具有简单的发光峰形,对比Tm单掺磷光体的发光,掺入Er^(3+)使高温峰的强度变强,同时抑制了低温浅陷阱的形成。在0.2~200 Gy的剂量范围内,该材料有很好的线性剂量响应。因此,LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)磷光体可用于辐射剂量测量。
外文摘要:The rare earth doped olivine phosphate LiMgPO_(4) is considered as a new dosimetric material with excellent properties for thermoluminescence(TL)measurement.A new LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method.The TL properties,photoluminescence(PL)and thermoluminescence three-dimensional spectra(TL3D)of the samples underβ-ray irradiationwere studied in detail.The results show that there are two TL emission peaks at 120℃and 300℃,and the intensity of the high temperature peak is significantly higher than that of the low temperature peak,which is conducive to the stability of the TL signal.The material also exhibits a strong luminescent signal.At the same time,the TL signal of LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)phosphorescent powder has good repeatability.According to TL3D spectrum,LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)have simple luminescence peak shape.Compared with the luminescence of Tm single-doped phosphor,the addition of Er^(3+)makes the intensity of high temperature peak stronger and inhibits the formation of low temperature shallow trap.In the dose range of 0.2-200 Gy,the material has a good linear dose response.Therefore,LiMgPO_(4):Tm^(3+),Er^(3+)phosphor can be used for radiation dose measurement.
