中文摘要: 将尼克红蛋鸡饲养在温度为30℃以上人工气候室中,研究了中药添加剂对慢性热应激蛋鸡生产性能和生理机能的影响。结果表明,在整个试验期,中药添加剂可以缓解热应激对蛋鸡的不良影响,主要表现在,添加中草药添加剂可以提高高温环境中蛋鸡产蛋量,增加蛋重,减少死亡率。进一步研究表明,中药添加剂提高高温环境中蛋鸡生产力的生理机制是:(1)提高了甲状腺分泌功能,使血浆T3含量显著升高(P<0.05);(2)减少了应激引起的肾上腺过度分泌,降低了血浆皮质醇含量;(3)提高了卵巢的功能,使血浆E2含量显著升高(P<0.05)。(4)提高了蛋鸡的免疫力,血液红细胞C3b受体花环率和淋巴细胞转换率增加;(5)改善了蛋鸡营养代谢状况,提高了血液红细胞数,血红蛋白含量和血细胞压积,增加了血液Ca2+,P3+和K+含量。

外文摘要:The Physiological mechanical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Additive on production of EggLaying Hens under condition of Heat stress was studied by NikeHong in artifical climate house(temperature was above 30℃,Humility was about 75%),The result showed that Traditional chinese medicine additive not only raised the productivity but also quality of egg for egglaying hen under the condition of high temperature,the main reason was that: firstly,traditional Chinese medicine additive coordinated the endocrine function of hen in heat stress,for example,the traditional chinese medicine B not only raised (P<0.05) T3 concentration, E2 concentration and reduced in (P<0.05) Corticosterone concentration in plasm, but also increased the Thyroid weight; Secondly, traditional chinese medicine additive improved material metabolize, for instance,traditional Chinese medicine additive increased concentrates of Ca2+,P3+,K+ and HGB;Thirdly,traditional Chinese medicine additive improved immunity of hen under condition of high temperature.
