中文摘要：1922年,被德日两国占领多年的青岛,经过中国人民不懈的斗争,主权于12月10日正式被中国政府收回。中国共产党济南地方支部认为这是在青岛建立党团组织的好机会,1923年4月,邓恩铭受中共济南地方支部委派,赴青岛开展工作。邓恩铭奔赴青岛后,广泛联络青岛的进步青年,并深入工厂进行调查,了解工人的基本情况,积极宣传马克思主义;在条件成熟后,邓恩铭在青岛建立了党组织和团组织,为青岛党团组织的创建作出了巨大的贡献。

外文摘要：The sovereignty of Qingdao was officially recovered by the Chinese government on December 10 th, 1922, through Chinese people＇s unremitting struggle after years of occupation by Germany and Japan. Jinan branch of the Communist Party of China believed that this was a good opportunity to establish a party organization in Qingdao. In April 1923, Dun Enming was assigned to work in Qingdao by the Jinan branch. After he arrived, Deng Enming got extensive contact with the progressive youth in Qingdao,carried out an in-depth survey of the factory to understand the basic situation of workers, and actively publicized Marxism. When the conditions permitted, Deng Enming established the party and league organizations in Qingdao, making great contributions to the establishment of party organizations there.
