中文摘要:【目的】探讨海参酶解液对角叉菜胶所致的小鼠尾部血栓模型的改善作用。【方法】将实验小鼠分对照组、模型组、以及低、中、高(350、700、1 400 mg/kg)剂量组,采用海参酶解液和生理盐水连续30 d灌胃处理,以角叉菜胶制备小鼠尾部血栓模型,计算24 h和48 h时黑尾长度占尾部总长度的百分比即黑尾比率(%),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)和组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)的含量。【结果】各组小鼠灌胃海参酶解液前后与对照组比体质量无显著性差异(P>0.05);海参酶解液中剂量组与高剂量组小鼠的黑尾比率明显小于模型组(P<0.05),海参酶解液低剂量组小鼠黑尾比率与模型组相比无显著性差异;灌胃海参酶解液组小鼠血浆中的FIB含量显著低于模型组(P<0.05);高剂量组与中剂量组小鼠血浆中的FDP及t-PA的含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。【结论】海参酶解液对模型小鼠体内血栓的形成具有改善和溶解作用。
外文摘要:【Objective】To investigate the protective effect of sea cucumber enzymatic hydrolysate(SCEH)on carrageenan-induced tail thrombosis in mice,and provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of thrombolytic function on edible sea cucumber health products.【Method】Mice were divided into Control groups,model groups,and SCEH-treated groups at 350,700,1 400 mg/kg.After continuously administrating saline or SCEH for 4 weeks,all animals,except for the control group,were intravenously injected with carrageenan to set up the tail thrombosis model.Then black tail ratio(the percentage of black tail length to total tail length)at 24 h and 48 h(%)were calculated and the levels of fibrinogen(FIB),fibrinogen degradation product(FDP)and tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)were measured by ELISA.【Result】There was no difference in body weight among the groups before and after administration of SCEH.The black tail ratios in SCEH-treated groups at 700 and 1400 mg/kg were significantly shorter than that of the model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the black tail ratio between low dose of SCEH and the model group.The plasma FIB contents in all SCEH-treated mice were significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05),while the plasma levels of FDP and t-PA in SCEH-treated groups at 700 and 1400 mg/kg were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The SCEH can inhibit the thrombus formation induced by carrageenan in mice.
