中文摘要：当前高校图书管理工作面临四个方面的问题:知识经济时代的到来使高校图书管理工作出现了不适应,人才的快速流动使高校图书管理队伍的业务素质出现滑坡,社会的急剧转型使图书管理员的心理健康问题日益突显,招生规模的扩大使高校图书馆服务对象的素质参差不齐.文章提出了解决这些问题的对策.

外文摘要：Now college books management faces the problems of 4 aspects： The work of college books management can not fit for the arrival of knowledge economy times;Flowing fast of talents makes the business quality of college librarians appear to go down;The rapid transition of society makes the problem of librarian＇s mental health stick out increasingly;Enlargement of students recruiting scale makes the quality of objects that college libraries serve be not even.The article has put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
