中文摘要:针对采摘高处水果的问题,设计了一种实用性高的无线遥控式高果采摘器。通过对已有的水果采摘器结构原理和使用步骤进行分析研究,结合红外遥控原理,由微型直流电动机驱动,采用可动机械爪结构,同时手柄部分采用可调伸缩杆结构,对高果采摘器结构进行合理设计。工作时,通过遥控无线发射端按钮,接收端接收信号并控制电动机正反转,通过传动使机械爪张开放开水果或缩进采摘水果。该高果采摘器结构简单、制作成本低,适用于果农、农家乐、个体户采摘高果的场合中,实用性强。

外文摘要:To realize picking high fruit, this paper designs a high availability wireless remote control type high fruitpicking machine.Structure principle and operation steps of the existed fruit picking device are analyzed. Combined withthe principle of infrared remote control, a miniature DC motor is used to drive the movable gripper, while the handle partadopts adjustable telescopic rod structure. The structure design of high fruit picking device is optimized. When the utilitymodel is in use, the remote control end of the wireless transmitting end is controlled by the remote control, and thereceiving end receives the signal and controls positive and reverse rotation of the motor. The high fruit picking devicehas the advantages of simple structure and low cost. It is suitable for fruit, high fruit picking farmhouse, self-employedoccasion, and strong practicability.
