中文摘要：随着我国人口政策的调整和生育技术的发展,单身女性生育问题再次成为"两会"的焦点。单身女性生育权问题远远超出了单纯的技术和事实的范畴,演化成为勾连婚姻家庭、伦理规则和人口治理等多个面向的社会问题,甚至演化为一场生育技术革命背景下的价值冲突与权益博弈,它直接触及当下计划生育的政策走向和制度根基。事实表明,认可并保障单身女性的生育权,已成为适应我国人口国情重大变化、实现生育权平等保护的时代选择。

外文摘要：With the adjustment of China’s population policy and the development of fertility technology,the issue of single women’s fertility has once again become the focus of the two sessions.The issue of single women’s reproductive rights has gone far beyond the scope of pure technology and fact,and evolved into a social problem of linking marriage and family,ethics and population governance,and even evolved into a value conflict and a game of rights and interests under the background of reproductive technology revolution,which directly touched the current policy trend and institutional foundation of family planning.Facts have shown that recognizing and guaranteeing the reproductive rights of single women has become an era choice to adapt to the great changes in China’s population and realize equal protection of reproductive rights.
