中文摘要:针对水体硝酸盐污染严重的问题,本研究以泡沫镍(NF)为基底材料,采用恒电流沉积法制备了3D自支撑钴基硫化物电极—CoxS/NF,用于电催化还原硝酸盐.重点研究了CoxS/NF电极制备参数和电解工作条件对硝酸盐去除的影响规律及其硝酸盐还原机制.研究结果表明,在硝酸盐初始浓度为50 mg·L^(-1)(以NO_(3)^(-)N计),工作电流为4.0 mA,反应时间为180 min的条件下,硫脲浓度为0.8 mol·L^(-1)和沉积电流为0.7 mA条件下制备的CoxS/NF电极(2 cm×2 cm)表现出最佳的硝酸盐去除效果,其硝酸盐去除率为79.0%,N2选择性高达93.6%.该过程符合伪一级动力学反应方程,反应速率常数为0.0077 min^(-1).CoxS/NF电极还表现出优异的Cl^(-)耐受性和重复使用性.循环伏安、计时电流和塔菲尔测试结果表明超薄纳米片CoxS的引入能有效增加电极与硝酸根离子的接触面积,改善了CoxS/NF电极的硝酸盐电催化活性和稳定性.
外文摘要:In order to solve the issue of water nitrate pollution,herein,a 3D self-supported CoxS/NF electrode was fabricated through constant current deposition with nickel foam as the substrate material for nitrate electroreduction.The influence of CoxS/NF electrode preparation parameters and electrolytic working condition on nitrate removal was discussed,and the electroreduction mechanism of CoxS/NF was also revealed.The results showed that,under the conditions of initial NO_(3)^(-)-N concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1),working current of 4.0 mA and reaction time of 180 min,the CoxS/NF electrode fabricated at thiourea concentration of 0.8 mol·L^(-1) and deposition current of 0.7 mA had exhibited the best nitrate removal efficiency.The corresponding nitrate removal efficiency is 79.0%,and a high N_(2) selection of 93.6% was obtained.The above removal process could be conformed to the pseudo-firstorder kinetic reaction equation with a reaction rate constant of 0.0077 min^(-1).In addition,the as-made CoxS/NF electrode also displayed excellent Cltolerance and reusability.The results of cyclic voltammetry,chronograph current and Tafel test further suggested that the existence of ultrathin CoxS nanosheet had increased the contact area between electrode and nitrate ion,and then improved the electrocatalytic activity and stability of CoxS/NF electrode.
