中文摘要:为研究不同分子质量壳聚糖对8~13周龄麒麟鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质及养分代谢率的影响,选用192只49日龄健康体质量相近的麒麟母鸡,随机分为4组(对照组,低、中、高分子质量组),试验期42 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,低、中、高分子质量组分别在基础日粮中添加0.75%分子质量为2000、5000、50000 u的壳聚糖。结果表明:各组间平均日增体质量、平均日采食量和料重比差异均不显著。不同分子质量壳聚糖均能降低麒麟鸡腹脂率、肝脂率及肌间脂肪宽,与对照组相比,低、中、高分子质量组的腹脂率分别降低31.23%(P0.05),肌间脂肪宽分别降低38.36%(P0.05)、5.96%(P〈0.05)、8.03%(P〈0.01)。可见,日粮中添加0.75%不同分子质量壳聚糖对麒麟鸡生长性能无显著影响,但能有效抑制麒麟鸡对脂肪的吸收利用,降低体脂沉积,分子质量为5000 u以下的壳聚糖的降脂效果更为明显。

外文摘要:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different molecular weight chitosans on growth,slaughter performance,meat quality and nutrient metabolism of frizzled chickens. A total of 192 49-day-old female fizzled chickens were randomly divided into four groups ( control group, low molecular weight group,medium molecular weight group and high molecular weight group) . The experiment lasted for 42 d. The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal basal diet, and the others with basal diet plus 0. 75% chitosan with molecular weight of 2 000 u,5 000 u and 50 000 u,respectively. There were no difference in average daily gain,average daily feed intake and the feed conversion ratio among the groups. Compared with the control group, dietary supplementation of different molecular weight chitosans could significantly reduce the abdominal fat,the liver fat and the muscle fat width,and the low,medium and high molecular weight groups reduced 31 . 23% ( P0. 05) on the liver fat,and 38. 36% (P0. 05),5. 96% (P 〈0. 05),8. 03% (P〈0. 01)on metabolic rate of crude fat,respectively. It was concluded that supplementation of 0. 75% different molecular weight chitosans in dietary had no effect in the performance and meat quality of frizzled chickens,but it could effectively inhibit the fat absorption and utilization,reduce the fat deposition,and the chitosan with the molecular weight below 5 000 u had the most obvious lipid-lowering effect.
