中文摘要:对种植转几丁质酶基因水稻“竹转 6 8”农田土壤化学性状的变化研究结果表明 ,当年种植和连续 2年种植转基因水稻“竹转 6 8”农田土壤有机质、可溶性N、P以及过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶活性与非转基因水稻对照相比无显著差异 ,且其叶片的化感作用大于非转基因水稻对照 ,但其腐殖过程化感效应及残体腐殖速度均小于非转基因水稻对照 ;经过冬季腐殖过程 2种水稻土壤腐殖化程度基本一致 ,表明种植转基因水稻“竹转 6 8”对水稻生产不会产生不利影响。
外文摘要:The analysis on c hemical characteristics and some enzymes activity of soil in the isolated field after growing transgenic rice“Zhuzhuan 6 8”which is genetically modified by a chi tinase gene show that there are no remar kable differences in the concentrations of soil organic matter,soluble N,P,and t he activities of the polyphenol oxidase, hydrogen peroxidase,sucrase and urease a fter 1~2 y growing between “Zhuzhuan 68” and the non-transgenic control, “Zhuxian B”.The leaves of transgenic rice have mo re allelopathic effect than those of the non-transgenic control.During rotting,t he transgenic rice has less allelopathic effect and rotting speed,but the rottin g degree in the soil is the same as the control after rotting for a winter,showi ng that “Zhuzhuan 68”has no significant detrimental effect on the rice growth.
