外文摘要:In this paper, the genus Scabies is firstly recorded in China and two new species are described. Type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica. Scabies chinensis, sp. nov. (fig 1)Shell small, solid, inequilateral; somewhat cuneiform in shape; about 2 times in length as in height. Anterior rounded and posterior end truncated; dorsal and ventral margin slightly convexed. Beaks slightly elevated, situated at the anterior end of some 1/4-1/3 of the length. Periderm yellowish-brown or brown, sculptured with 5-8 brownish, coarse zigzags in Ⅴ- or W-pattern. Dorsal ridge prominent. Pseudocardinals 2 in left valve; right valve consists of a very short, low lamella attached almost of hinge plate and a high triangular tooth. Both valves have 2 laterals, lamelliform, in right valve is an auxiliary lateral, short and \veak, below the main one. Nacre is white or bluish-white and iridescent. Beak cavities deep moderately. Anterior adductor muscle scars are nearly rounded and deep, posterior scar broad and rounded. Ligament not long but visible.Holotype (GD 818901) length 23.6 mm, width 11.0 mm, height 15.0 mm; Dongjiang River, i.e. 23°40'N, 114°35'E, Guangdong Province; May 18th, 1981. Paratypes: 10, length 17.0-24.0 mm, width 8.0-11.0 mm, height 9.0-15.0 mm, collected with the holotype. This new species is related to Scabies nucleus (Lea) of Thailand, but differs from the latter in having a slightly cuneiform shape, beaks situtated more anterior, pseudocardinals not stumpy and a yellowish-brown color of periderm.Scabies longata, sp. nov. (fig. 2)Shell small, less solid, inequilateral, elongated-oval in shape. Length more than 2 times of height. Anterior end rounded and posterior end truncated. Dorsal margin straightly con-vexed. Dorsal ridge prominent. Beaks a little above the dorsal margin, in front of the anterior some 1/3 of the length. Periderm is yellowish-green or brownish-green, sculptured with 4-7 fine zigzag lines in Ⅴ- or W-pattern, in some specimens very weak. Hinge less developed, 2 pseudocarinals in left valve, low and thin; right valve consists one of lamelliform one and another only slightly visible. Left valve has 2 laterals, arranged in parallel. Right valve has a main lateral below which is an auxiliary one, short and weak. Nacre white, irirescent. Beak cavity moderately deep. Posterior adductor muscale scars nearly rounded. Ligament less strong, yellowish-brown, at middle of the dorsal margin.Holotype (GD 818902): length 21.5 mm, width 7.8 mm, height 9.20 mm; Dongjiang River (23°40'N, 114°35'E) Guandong Province; July 20th, 1981. Paratypes: 2.5, length 16.9-21.5 mm, width 7.00-8.50 mm, height 7.60-11.0 mm; collected with the holotype. This new species is related to Scabies chinensis described above, but is different in having a elongatedoval shape, beaks situated more in middle, lamelliform weak pseudocardinals, and a yellowish-green or brownish-green color of periderm.
