中文摘要：本文旨在通过实际调查和智能搜索方法,实现对NAVTEX岸台广播的仿真,以提高GMDSS实操训练效果。研究基于对NAVTEX岸台广播电文数量比例的调查数据,采用遗传算法进行仿真设计。研究结果表明,该方法能够输出适应度高且稳定的解,满足仿真要求,并可推广应用于其他类似仿真系统。

外文摘要：This paper aims to simulate NAVTEX shore-based station broadcasts through field investigation and intelligent search methods to enhance the effectiveness of GMDSS practical training.Based on survey data regarding the proportional distribution of NAVTEX broadcast messages,a genetic algorithm is employed for simulation design.The results of this study demonstrate that this method can generate high-fitness and stable solutions that meet simulation requirements,and offering potential applicability to other similar simulation systems.
