中文摘要:在刀剪出口量约占全国八成的"中国刀剪之都"广东阳江,其刀剪的部分生产过程仍相对落后,如刀柄的焊接大部分仍采用手工氩弧焊,该方法存在焊接速度慢,人工成本高,有污染且存在安全隐患等很多不足之处。为此,采用了激光焊焊接304不锈钢材料的刀柄,结果表明:焊接速度快,自动化程度高,焊接效果良好,能够满足刀剪企业的需求。
外文摘要:Yangjiang of Guangdong is the'Capital of Knifes and Scissors in China',for its export volume of knifes and scissors accounts for about 80%of that of China.However,part of the production processes of knifes and scissors are still relatively backward.For example,most welding of knife handle still uses manual argon arc welding,but this manual welding method has many deficiencies like slow speed,high labor costs,pollution and potential safety hazards.On the contrary,laser welding is qualified with high degree of automation,fast speed and no pollution.Laser technology is used in welding the handle of 304 stainless steel materials,and the experimental results shows that the welding speed is fast,the degree of automation is high and the welding effect is good,which can meet the needs of knives and scissors enterprises.
