中文摘要:在水体不同氨氮条件下,对对虾抗病力指标和副溶血弧菌噬菌体生物防治效果进行了研究。实验设置0.05mg/L(对照)、0.15mg/L低浓度组、0.75mg/L低浓度组、1.50mg/L中浓度组、3.00mg/L高浓度组5个氨氮的质量浓度作为胁迫组,并在此基础上加入副溶血弧菌设置感染组,加入副溶血弧菌和噬菌体设置噬菌体防治组。在胁迫组,低浓度氨氮使凡纳滨对虾Litopenaeus vannamei血清PO、ACP和SOD活力增强,但是在第14天时所有实验组对虾的THC、血清PO、CAT、ACP、SOD活力均远低于对照组,差异显著(p<0.05)。感染组对虾THC、血清PO、CAT、ACP、SOD活力受到显著影响,各实验组的对虾抗病力指标均低于相对应的胁迫组,差异显著(p<0.05)。低浓度氨氮的噬菌体防治组各项指标与感染组比较差异显著(p<0.05),肝胰脏的副溶血弧菌计数的差异显著(p<0.05)。在第14天时,低浓度氨氮防治组指标和感染组差异显著(p<0.05),和胁迫组相近。以上结果说明噬菌体防治弧菌病在水体低浓度氨氮条件下,有更好的效果。

外文摘要:The relationships of the anti-disease ability of Litopenaeus vannamei and the effects of biological control of bacteriophage to V. parahaemolyticus were studied under different ammonia conditions. The 0.05mg/L,0. 15mg/L,0. 75mg/L, 1.50mg/L and 3.00mg/L ammonia nitrogen concentration gradients were designed as ammonia stress experiment groups. The V. parahaemolyticus was added into the ammonia stress experiment groups, the infection experiment groups were gained. The V. parahaemolyticus bacteriophage was added into the infection experiment groups,the bio-control experiment groups were gained. In the ammonia stress experiment groups,0. 05mg/L and 0. 15mg/L ammonia nitrogen were added into the prophenol oxidase ( PO ), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase hosphatase (CAT) and acid phosphatase (ACP) activities in the serum of L. vannamei. But at the 14th ,in all the ammonia stress experiment groups, the PO, SOD, CAT and ACP activities in the serum and the total haemocyte count (THC) in the haemolymph of L. vannamei were less than those in the 0.05mg/L ammonia experiment group. The difference was significant (p 〈 0. 05). In the infection experiment groups,the PO, SOD and CAT, ACP activities in the serum and the THC in the haemolymph of L. vannamei were less than those in the ammonia stress experiment groups. The difference was significant (p 〈 0. 05). Among the bio-control experiment groups, in the 0.05mg/L and 0. 15mg/L ammonia stress experiment groups, the PO,SOD,CAT and ACP activities in the serum and the THC in the haemolymph of L. vannamei were better than those in the infection experiment groups, the difference was significant (p 〈 0.05 ) , the V. parahaemolyticus count in the haemolymph were less than those in the infection experiment groups,the difference was significant (p 〈 0.05 ). At the 14th, the PO, SOD,CAT,ACP activities and THC in the same groups were similar to those in the ammonia stress experiment group. The results showed that the bacteriophage could control V. parahaemolyticus well under low ammonia nitrogen concen- tration conditions.
