中文摘要：从人文、交通、港口及产业等方面分析了湛江发展钢铁石化大工业的社会经济条件,介绍了湛江新上钢铁石化项目的概况。针对传统钢铁石化环境污染的弊端,从转变钢铁企业功能、构建钢铁—石化产业链、建造循环生态圈的角度,设计了湛江钢铁石化循环经济的基本方案。结合湛江实际,提出湛江钢铁石化大工业可持续发展的对策与建议。

外文摘要：From humanity,culture,traffic,port,and industry aspects,this paper analyses the social and economical foundation of steel,oil and chemical industry in Zhanjiang.Based on the survey of new item of steel of Zhanjiang,oil and chemical industry,considering the environmental crisis led by traditional steel,oil and chemical industry,the author discusses the basic route of circulatory economy,that is： to change the function of steel enterprise,build industrial chains between steel,oil and chemical industry,and create circulatory biological circle.Moreover,the article offers some specific advice for the Persistent development of steel,oil and chemical industry in Zhanjiang.
