外文摘要：By systematically combing the relevant research results of domestic marine central cities,the significance of building Zhanjiang into a regional marine central city in western Guangdong and Beibu Gulf was comprehensively analyzed.On this basis,the overall thinking and regional coordination policy recommendations of Zhanjiang as the central marine city in western Guangdong and the Beibu Gulf region are put forward.
