外文摘要：The traditional 'One Network, All Can Be Handled' is based on PC web pages as service entrances but it is difficult to have full-platform support and cross-platform information synchronization. Although the platform gathers services, it is difficult to activate and retain users. Thus, Guangdong Ocean University built a comprehensive information service portal of 'unified organizational structure + unified authentication + unified message + internal channel + enterprise WeCom' above single-system service thinking. The portal meets the needs of professors and students. Data, business, technology, and AI are included in the overall framework for all-around three-dimensional services in various terminals.
