中文摘要：瞿秋白能成为中共"三大"正式代表的原因:一是凭其自身过硬的素质,即精通俄语,又有着极高的马克思主义理论水平;二是其才能得到当时中共负责人陈独秀的赏识,被陈独秀邀请回国工作,并被陈独秀指定为"三大"代表;三是瞿秋白是共产国际代表马林在中共"三大"上推行"党内合作"政策不可或缺的、最重要的、最得力的帮手,而且中共"三大"又是在马林提议下召开的。结合三份相关的重要史料,及中共"三大"亲历者的回忆,确认瞿秋白应该是以苏联回国代表的身份,也就是"旅莫"代表的身份出席"三大"的,是中共"三大"的主角之一,并担当着非常重要的角色。

外文摘要：The reason why Qu Qiubai becomes the official representative in the 3^rd National Congress of the Communist Party of China is:first is his excellent quality--he is not only proficient in Russian,but also has a high level of Marxist theory.Second is that his talent is appreciated by Chen Duxiu,the head of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,he was invited to work in China and appointed to be the representative of the 3^rd National Congress.Third reason is that Qu Qiubai is an indispensable,most important and most effective assistant of Hendricus Sneevliet in carrying out the policy of“intra-party cooperation”in the 3^rd National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which was held under the proposal of Hendricus Sneevliet.Based on three relevant important historical materials and the recall of the man who witnessed personally the 3^rd National Congress,Qu Qiubai was a representative of the Soviet Union and“Lvmo”of the Communist Party of China at that time.Qu Qiubai was one of the leaders acting as an important role.
